This program has been conducted between the 2009 and 2012 fiscal years, funded by JSPS’s “Researcher Overseas Grant Funds (Institutional Program for Young Researcher Overseas Visit).” It aims to foster people (field managers) who can systematically carry out fieldwork, by sending young researchers and graduate students in the discipline of cultural resources studies to overseas fields. For three years by the 2011 fiscal year, a total of 39 people (14 post-docs, 21 graduate students, and 4 undergraduates) have been sent to 21 countries in the world, and their research results have been already published in Kanazawa University Cultural Resource Studies, No.1 and No. 2.
